THE SYSTEM
PHYRAL
↳ Industrial experience, compiled. A system that reads your master file, applies your shop-floor constraints to every design and keeps every decision for the next one.

WHAT PHYRAL READS
Master files, standards, business rules, program histories, machine park and build envelopes, graded materials, rejections and rework. PHYRAL reads all of it, and cites it.

WHAT PHYRAL RETURNS
At every gate, a reasoned verdict.
The deviation, the proposed rework, the section and the revision. “V2 rejected: 2 walls < 0.6 mm. Rework proposed at datum 1.” “Fuse X1 compatible: the cover fits the build chamber (330 × 330 × 565 mm). PA12 grade A available.”
DESIGN UNDER CONSTRAINTS
Design starts on the shop floor, not the other way round.
PHYRAL proposes geometries and rework that respect the machine, the material and the standard, then you decide. Performance and manufacturability are handled together, from the first line, not at the end of the program.

THE FOUR LAYERS
Core, Gates, Floor, Network. One system, cited at every step.

LAYERS
Four layers, one system
[01]
Core brings the master file, the rules and the open points into one cited kernel. No rule lost between a PDF and an email.
[02]
Gates passes every version through its gate and states the verdict. Deviations surface at design, not on the shop floor.
[03]
Floor applies real materials, machines, build envelopes and methods. The first prototype is manufacturable.
[04]
Network moves settings, decisions and results between programs and sites. The second site starts from the first site's experience.
[05]
Integration: PHYRAL plugs into your PLM, CAD, simulation and MES, nine out of ten tools on the market. It links them, it doesn't replace them.
[06]
Sovereign by design: on-premise or sovereign cloud, depending on your plan. Partitioned by program. Every answer cites its source: section, revision, date.
